What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we permanently remove:
- Your email address and display name
- Your game match history and statistics
- Your ELO rating and leaderboard position
- Your friends list and social connections
- Your achievements and progress
- All associated authentication credentials
This action is permanent
Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use online features again. Offline play (vs AI and local multiplayer) does not require an account.
How to Delete Your Account
In the app (immediate). This is the fastest route and
deletes everything straight away — no email, no waiting.
- Open Bagchaal and sign in to the account you want to remove
- Go to Settings
- Tap Delete Account and confirm
- Your account and all associated data are erased immediately
By email. Use this if you can no longer sign in.
- Send an email to monsoonkhadka8@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request - Bagchaal"
- Include the email address you used to register your Bagchaal account
- We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and all associated data have been permanently deleted
Nothing is retained after deletion. Anonymous crash reports that carry no
account identifier may remain in our diagnostics for up to 90 days, after
which they are purged.
